Give an agent a secret
An agent can use only the secrets you turn on for it.

Step 1: Turn the agent on for a secret
- Open Secrets and select a secret.
- Under Who can use it, turn the agent on.
If the secret doesn't say yet how agents use it, the page asks first, under How agents use it.
Step 2: Choose how it runs
Runs without asking
The agent uses it whenever it needs to.
Asks me first
A use somewhere new waits in Approvals until you approve it with your passkey. Nothing is sent before that.
Take a secret away
Turn the agent off under Who can use it, or give access only until a set day.
Get help
If the agent sees no secrets
You haven't given it any yet. Give it a secret.
If the agent says a use is waiting
That secret asks you first. Open Approvals in your vault and answer.
