Lost your passkey

Get back in with a recovery code.

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up your vault. To keep a stolen code from being enough, it takes 3 days. We email your account straight away, and you or anyone signed in with your passkey can cancel during that time.

Checking the code doesn't use it up. You'll enter a code again when the 3 days are over.
